The dude isn't shitting on the flag, or burning it, or putting on the ground. He's simply taking a knee.

It's his constitutional right to do so. You can't pick and choose the parts of the constitution you wish to acknowledge.

Sure, everybody has a constitutional right to be a hypocrite, an ungrateful jerk, support his high profile activist fiance's cause to get her more attention, sure.
NOBODY wanted him, 49ers tried to trade him, he is washed up, had a brief spurt of fame and the organization made a terrible move to pay him big bucks. He will be off the field forever by middle of next year. Maybe he can go to another country and play football for millions of $$$$$.
