i'm still thinking about it, but it is so much more work than CFB, with games every day, plus excel does not have enough col to handle the amount of weeks needed to keep all the data, and dont want to drop the week day games as they are some of the best bets.

maybe if i put the thread up once per week like CFB, vs on a daily basis like we did last year, and only allow 1 pod per day, maybe 2 on sat. do you think that would work?

1st qtr update n tex

for those that do not have this game on tv, n tex up 14-0 end of q1. neither team able to run, field is muddy, and thomas has not played, and will prob not tonight. most of n tex yards have been on passing, and about 10 penalties already.

quick update for those that dont have the game on tv. still 14-0 end of 1st half. nothing on the ground for either team, and still many flags, and mistakes by both team. neither team can do much, so dumb plays and broken plays will make the difference in the 2nd half, although outcome should be the same. dont expect to see any field goals, and extra points are tough

looks like the thread will go 6-3 tonight with some easy wins (cant see any way vt does not cover). twjd just keeps rolling along. nice going guys. last week was the threads best week ever, maybe this one will even better.

interesting week

shapping up to be an interesting week in cfb. yesterday was a great example. line on n tex was 6-, than the large betters that found out that thompson was not playing for n tex and the line dropped to 4. as the rest of the betting public who did know that info or even about the field conditions keep pounting n tex back up to -6 at the close. as nepolian would say to his potential generals, i dont care how smart you are, "are you lucky?". and so the saying goes, "I'd rather be lucky than smart.

should be a quiet day, if the thread can get as many pow in as possible i'll post and updated sheet tonight with all the cappers picks
