Did you watch Harrison last year? He could barely run, teams were daring Indy to beat them with him. Gonzalez will be an upgrade over him..

Pats - I like your play with over 11.5

As far as top team in NFL I would rank the top 5 in this order

1. NE
2. Pitt
3. SD
4. Philly
5. Tenn.

I don't think Indy is as good as they have been.

The best future's bet over the past 12 years has been the previous year's Super Bowl loser under the total the following year. I like the Cardinals but, it is too strong a trend to ignore.
Good luck all.

For me the no brainer gots to be San Diego to win their division -450. They should win the AFC west by atleast 3 or 4 games.@):)

Bears to lose the division -180

why?

because they are the third best team in the division

or.....

minnesota over 9 -125, just can't see them any worse than 9-7

:howdy:

atlanta under 8.5

they had a cake walk schedule last year and stayed completely healthy. their defense will be exposed.

I find it tough to go under on that Cards team, their schedule is too easy and the books are giving them no respect at all. Seems like the superbowl loser thing is already priced in...

As for ATL, I think they got tremendous potential with weapons galore on offense so I'm staying off that...

Do kinda like fading the Bears at -180 to win that division though..

I think losing Jim Johnson and Brian Dawkins on D will hurt the Eagles a lot. Especially JJ, ask anyone around the NFL what he meant to that D and he would say a lot. His blitzes were so ballsy and timely, gonna be tough to replace that. Their D has never been the most overwhelming unit talent wise but his scheme has always helped them a ton....

I couldn't agree more. Pro football is reliant on the coaching and in-game adjustments as much as they rely on their players. Quite simply, the Eagles have lost one of the best and smartest defensive minds in the game. Westbrook will probably get hurt again and his replacement is unproven. Also, their receivers and Jackson is no longer flying under the radar at receiver. I don't buy the hype and I think they will miss the playoffs this year.

I couldn't agree more with that but -450 is a steep price. Not to mention that you'll have -450 your money tied up all season and unavailable unless you trade it on matchbook. I think the better edge might be with SD o 10 -125. In fact, I think I am playing that after looking at their schedule.

yeah -450 is a lot with the Chargers. Obviously I like their upside but this is a team that went 8-8 last year, including 2 1pt wins over the 2-14 Chiefs that both could've gone either way. Norv Turner is still the coach and they got a lot of FA's to be, who knows how thats gonna unfold. I like them but -450 is a ton, I think if I wanted to lay big juice on a team to win division I'd go NE at -400, probably because I think the rest of the AFC East is pretty weak.

SD O 10 wins ain't bad, but I already got NE O 11.5 and Indy O 10 so that is probably good for me as far as elite AFC squads go.

I wanted to get on some Seattle +200 to win that weak division, but am kinda shying away since it looks like WJones might be hurt and Trufant is gonna start the year on PUP, thats probably their 2 best players.

NE will probably be solid, but I don't know if I like that INDY over. Manning is the man, but they will have some serious issues up front this year... also I am not crazy about that 'D'.
