Post -Up or Credit ... How do you Gamble on Sports ?

i would rather my guys post up. ive been taking bets for yrs and its amazing the amt of stiffs there are out there. seriously i would almost bet that 75 percent of people who bet on sports end up not paying a debt. ive lost faith in humanity unfortunately.

there have been a few that have stiffed me from the rx. and a few that pay and have gotten pd like it should work.
the stiffs really just rub me wrong. one guy won 3 or 4 hundred his first wk, got pd then lost his max credit and i never heard from him. just have to watch who you let play, or like i said earlier have someone post up first. esp the guys you dont know or live in a different state.

none taken, but obviously you are right. call it naive or whatever but ive always been one to pay when i owe. i used to assume that most people were that way. until i got in to this business 15 years ago.

again, its completely different with people i know. its usually the ones that i do not have any physical contact with that tend to be problems. unfortunately in order to grow, you have to take what you can get. if of course you want or need players. i feel like we may be getting off topic for the thread. sorry!

I agree in order to grow you need to find the players. But if they are light "acquaintances" that you have very little contact with, whomever connected you with those players should be somewhat responsible for tracking down losses. If needed, cut them in on a % of the losses to assure you get paid.

I'm no expert, just my opinion. And I don't think its off topic at all.
