baller does CAT post questionable things, such as his one tonight referring to God? Yes he does.

But other than that, he does not post links, try to promote anything, or heckle other posters.

If the issue towards him is how he goes about making his wagers, then that is up to other readers to make their own determination as to whether or not they want to bother reading or following any longer.

If he was posting completely false records, that would be one thing, but is not the case.

Every member here has the right to post his own thread regularly and be shown with the respect of not allowing others to critique them in their own threads.

If there is something another poster questions or does not agree on regarding that posters thread, then they are always free to start their own thread & subject about it here in the Rubber Room, but NOT IN THAT POSTER'S THREAD.

Again, the same respect would be shown for you....

It has not been and won't be. I do not refer to myself as god or reference my tout page...Vegas Insiders. (Vxxxx Ixxxxx does not disguise it). What a joke really. Same respect my ass. I have always been respectful and loved RX. Moderators are ruining it.

Point #3: Tangentially related to #2, If he was posting completely false records, that would be one thing, but is not the case. -- 60% is misleading because it implies a profIt. Misrepresenting records to a negative ROI is a FALSE RECORD. I hope mods open their eyes and don't just delete this AGAIN

What I don't understand about the rules is that he posts personal insults - "retard" "you don't know anything" "what the fuck are you talking about, etc" (all of which he did to me) and yet I got put on post review for responding, but not insulting.

I will say the mods at this forum apply the rules much more fairly than other places I've seen. So if I'm PR I accept that and do better understand the rules (but don't understand that Cats guy!)

For weeks everyone has been warned repeatedly about going into other posters' threads and harassing, heckling, or any other negativism.

BAS even made a thread pertaining specifically about this subject not too long ago.

It's also part of the rules stickied at the top of every section of the site.

Yet, it has continued.

This is nothing personal, but the bottom line is that no matter how much you dislike a poster, or don't agree with his posting material, it is still his or her thread, and as long as they are not breaking any forum rules, then they are entitled to post freely without having others post sarcastically in their personal threads.

If anyone has an issue with another poster, then the Rubber Room is the place to post it and anything goes down there except racial remarks & death threats...

There are also rules about touts touting themselves. However this has been allowed to continue with this asshole tout all season long.

As for not posting in his thread, it's not that you can't, it's just that if you don't agree or like what is in his thread, or any other poster's thread for that manner, then simply stay out.

The same respect would be shown for you and every other poster who simply wants to post without being harassed....

Speaking the truth in response to false claims by a tout are not harassing. I'm not on post review but my responses to that tout keep getting deleted. I realize you may be more interested in traffic than anything, but I think it's bullshit. JMO
