If every day were like today's upside down results I'd quit MLB in a week. Every team that dealt key players and waived the towel is winning today.

It was a fucked day. But you'll love this...

I went 0-4, but get this...anytime I play that many games in one day, I always buy some insurance.

How?

Well, I did one-unit on each straight bet and a four-team parlay of the opposite teams. Just in case disaster strikes.

Disaster struck. Despite going 0-4, I actually came out slightly in the black for the day.

Sometimes, it pays to suck.

It's on autopilot now Marty. Glad you're involved in a po$itive way.

I'm thinking there are 8-10 MLB teams still shopping and a few looking to sell stars for prospects. Quiet since this afternoon though.

Looks like TOR-KC gearing up for another 11-10 type tussle.

Does anyone have any theories as to why the Whitesox have become so dominant lately? And on the Road?
It actually started before the ASB. They've been awful Away for a few years. So they're on this 4-12 run ending on 6/28 that included 8 straight Losses.
And then - They win 2 in a row at STL (best team in MLB). Go Home and win 5 of 7 vs BAL & TOR. Win 2 of 3 at Wrigley.
But then they come out of The Break to open the 2H 1-5 at Home.
The next day they begin a (so far) 7 Game Road Winning Streak where they outscore their opponents by 54-19. INSANE!

I've been surprised the White Sox have struggled as much as they have. I like their roster and really can't figure out why they were not very good in the first half.

Houston improved by adding Carlos Gomez.....I still think that team swings and misses too much to make any real post season noise.

Thinking kc/yanks/Dodgers/cards on the final four. Mostly chalk I guess.

Is it me or have the stl Louis cards had a horseshoe up their ass for like a decade? If they need the ball to deflect off the mascot and into left field for a walk off, they get it

So after my post the CWS go for the 4 Game sweep in BOS and 8th straight Win, score 2 in the T1 and not heard from since. Naturally.

Another mystery team is LAA. They win 17 out of 20, are hot as a firecracker, and turn on a dime losing 5 out of 6.

What a day for the Mets yesterday. Blow a 7-1 lead and their quest to acquire Gomez falls through and he ends up in HOU
Now they're Home in a huge Series vs the Nats. They will throw their best 3 starters at WASH and miss Scherzer. WASH is 31-6 last 37 at Citi Field (not a typo).

In addition to Seller SD's comeback vs Buyer NYM, DET and CIN, who both declared through trades that they quit the 2015 MLB Season, brought out the lumber yesterday and bashed 2 other teams who are in it to win it, BAL & PIT. CLE has also now won 2 straight since quitting the Season.

Teams who are 'All in' in 2015 after mortgaging the future to fill holes = LAD / SF / TOR / KC / HOU / TEX
