This morning I went to pick up my NBA Playoff stat packet to recount something. My MLB stat book was laying on top of it. As I removed the NBA packet from underneath the MLB book the MLB book slid off my desk into my trashcan. After a long moment of consideration I unfortunately scooped up the MLB book and replaced it on my desk. Anyway the last 8 years the Playoffs have had 9 OVERS and 24 UNDERS on this day. UNDER all 4 NBA games (195) (210.5) (187) (217.5)
18-24 in Playoffs. MLB a disaster. Hope someone is fading as I lose every game. I've had multiple systems blow up in April after many consecutive winning seasons.

Today beting Home Teams in 1H you are being robbed of at least 1 point in all 4 games. I'm going back to this trend anyway as it should do well moving forward. Sure have noticed the proliferation of overs on the NBA. Think in recent years teams have focused their offenses on the three ball. My theory is that that kills the effectiveness of defense. Teams used to use the inside game to score and bang around in there making defense effective when the refs let them play as they often did. Big guys banged underneath. Now big guys play the perimiter. Now nobody wants to foul the three point shooter. So threes drop freely and effective defense takes a back seat to the new NBA. Just my theory.
