Hard day to absorb yesterday, 4-5...... Smu -1 ..... CHI Bull +7.5 ..... PORT -1 ...... OVER 223 phi-lak ........ ........ BTW in that PHI-LAK game the Sixers are 10-52 SU vs a team that's been off for at least 2 days. And the Lakers are 10-36 ATS after a Win by 12 points or more. Lakers by 2?

Monday: UNDER 203 atl-san ..... UTAH -1 ..... OVER 207 orl-sac

2-1 / 250-200

And if I fail to appear tonight pray it's a power failure and not a roof collapse. Ice hitting this house like bullets, all night and all day today. And the wind has barely begun.

If I lose electric or net access during the next few days gonna be pissed. Actually shocked it's still on now!

GL2U to Jim. No sidewalks on my street so I really don't need to shovel. And with my spine forget it! One benefit of snow in Philly is we're never more than a day or 2 away from 40+ degrees here. So we get significant melting. The downside of that is our storms always bring warm air in from the ocean. So it usually starts as snow. But the mixed precip and its layers of ice and then rain atop snow covered roofs leads to problems with ice dams and leaks.

Yep. Ice dams on my house too leading to leaks. Not only do I need to shovel the ground (four car driveway and three long walkways) but I have to rake the snow off the first few feet of the roof EVERY time it snows or the dams will form and the leaks will start right into my house. Very bad situation. Had an architect two years ago to reconstruct the whole roof, had to go in front of a town meeting to get approvals, then the damned guy moved to Texas just as the project was to get underway. Life, like sports gambling, is always full of challenges. Damn.

PS the wind is howling and blowing this snow horizontally. Crazy scene here right now. Shoveling now would be completely futile. Can't wait to get at it.

Most here are dug out already. Not me. Worse yet when they plow the cul-de-sac I get a mountain at the end. I pay extra for that out of my ass'n fees. And kids aren't as eager to work as they used to be so I no longer get those 20 dollar offers I happily counteroffer with $40.

Almost bagged tonight as the Board is so weak. These college games you could throw all the teams in a bucket and toss it up in the air and you still won't know who's coming with effort tonight. Last week, hard as it was so much easier than this wek. You have prior meetngs to look at and a format that has carried through many years for most conference tourneys. This week you have nothing to go on (you might think you do but trust me, ya don't)!

Col St line looks very fishy, 5 points short. I almost bit on the Favorite, now I might just..... nah!

DET FIXtons +7.5 -- CLEVE obliterated DET here in NOV, then lost twice in DET. Sets up as CLE Win-Non-Cover.

UNDER 141 Valpo-Illinois -- I didn't forget. It's in this here thread actually. Valpo killed a 39-10 UNDER Stat in the final game of last year's NIT because although they had already lost refused to stop fouling until the game beat the Total by ONE POINT! I want my money back!!!

Hit 'Submit' and 2 seconds later it's 138. And of course a blazing start on pace to steal everyone's $
