take the red sox on the RL -- mariners 1-7 L8 after losing by 10 or more (fading them on RL would have gone 6-2)......Sox are 6-0 vs AL west this year when Lackey pitches (5-1 vs the RL)
Take Over 9 1/2 between Royals/Tigers.....the total has gone over 9 1/2 in 16 of L17 games vs AL Central when Bruce Chen makes an appearance
personally, i am hoping to get 10 on the royals/tigers game for reasons scott pointed out the other day....for grading purposes i'll track it at 9 1/2

have a little difficulty sorting stats, especially dealing with starters who used to be relievers, so if i find something that stands out i'll cross reference to make sure it stands up....sometimes i find myself giving a guy credit for 30 starts and then i realize half the stuff i'm looking at was from the pen

actually, the angle was solid well beyond 17 appearances....i just didn't feel like backtracking and starting over.....i do try to limit it to games started, but to err on the safe side i reference it as appearances just in case there's some relief outings i'm counting and someone wants to bust my balls....it's nice to see someone's checking my findings....i eyeball the season schedules and stats as i do this, so it does behoove someone to check the trends for themselves before blindly laying their money down
