Your bets are really dumb. How would this bet even work? The FBI said they found nothing. Your opinion of the legal system is probably as dumb as your questions. So what would be the bet?

He always comes up with bets that are impossible to understand. Lol

11860152[/URL]]No she shouldn't. She was investigated for a year and they found nothing. People don't go to jail in America for simply mishandling classified material. You guys are nutjobs if you actually think she should be in jail for that.

"People do not go to jail for mishandling classified material" congrats you just won the ignorant statement of the day award.

People also go to jail for deleting emails AFTER getting a subpoena for them.

Comeys own words

"....... Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information...."

"To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions."

"None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Government—or even with a commercial service like Gmail."

"There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. In addition to this highly sensitive information, we also found information that was properly classified as Secret by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the time it was discussed on e-mail"

and many many many people in the intelligence community disagree with him

some might suggest his decision is politically motivated

maybe he just didn't want to prosecute the leading presidential candidate, maybe he thought that would cause a bigger divide than letting her skirt free

at the end of the day, they are the source of violence, they riot, they protest, they're the fucking assholes screaming at the top of their lungs non stop, they're the professional victims

No they don't. You're making shit up. The FBI even called you guys out for being celebrity hunters as no one in recorded history has gone to jail for simply mishandling classified information. They were very upfront about why you guys are dumb.

The facts were laid out very specifically. No evidence of a crime. FBI was very specific about that, lol.

"....Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information....."

Statute Violation: Definition
A statute violation means that the defendant knew of a law or regulation and decided intentionally to disobey that law. Generally, this law would be commonly known, such as the fact that a person must stop at a red light.

Can you answer these questions Akiphidelt?

So, was there something they found?

Did she break the law?

Would someone else who did the exact same thing face some punishment?

Nothing was found that violated the law. And no, no one else would face punishment for what she did. As the FBI clearly stated.

Really?

He's talking about administrative consequences not legal consequences. They were very clear she did nothing illegal.
