For the record the picture was removed from Biggamer3 avatar around 9PM Monday night.

It has been gone for over 4 hours at least.

First of all how do I know it was even really him, posters use photos of everyday people for avatars all the time. I met PO69 for maybe 2 minutes in August of 2006 and haven't a clue what he looks likes because we were walking side by side while he was pitching me the card holders (I do remember one detail though, even worse that before, they were George Bush, and not Elvis chips he was trying to sell)..

Portion of email I received from PO69 at around 9PM PDT Monday night:

Actually this picture did not even come from therx bash. I took NO PICTURES at any rx bash ever. But it came for the TOW bash in Miami. Or it might have been at the eog bash.

In this area of the email was discussion about the debt etc...

Finally in closing PO69 says:
Thanks for removing the avatar at least. Technically, I wouldnt mind the whole photo leaving the site, but I understand that is probably too much of a chore to ask. And it might be too hard to keep it off the site. At least we can close our relationship in a positive manner.

Portion of Email from Bigamer3 about me changing his avatar received a wile later, around 11PM PDT:

Yeah yeah no problems with that
was gonna change it in a day either way.
You do a great job keep it up.

Bottom line once I was certain the photo (after 8PM Pacific time) was actually PO69 I removed it from Bigamer3's avatar and emailed him to inform him why. Obviously PO69 knew on his own from his email I received shortly after it came down.

Thank you, wilheim

I hope they pay you a good salary. Whatever it is it is not enough

Not to get this argument going again back here in the Offshore Forum.

Not counting the last two days, Trock has brought up the debt in posts to PO69 at least 5 times since February of 2006. He only has 190 posts, around 30 of them this week alone, since he registered AFTER lending PO69 the money in August of 2006. By clicking on View posts by TROCK in the link below you can see his last 70 posts. There are 5 separate posts in the last 70 (not sure about the posts prior to that as the archive only goes back 70 posts) where he asks about the debt, you have to go to page two at the bottom to see the older ones (old requests before this recent rash of posting by TROCK):

Example of a couple:

Someone posted that pic on another topic weeks ago and i said then it was him and it shouldnt be done without his approval....Not saying you saw it when it happened but i know that the original poster knew what he was doing this time because i had told him weeks before it was objectionable.........

rueful shake of my perhaps old and grizzled (48yrs old) head...

If someone owed me $300 and didn't pay me, I'd only do two things

1) Not lend them any more money

2) Move on with my life since at my rate of pay I'd burn out $300 of energy pretty damn fast trying to chase the unpaid debt

========
BTW....seeing JOEY's post above does remind me that when the TB DRays hit their 77th win this season, he and I will only need ONE phone call to TIMETOPAY in Orlando to set up our joint collection of preseason TotalWins wager.....

My wager with TTP is for $200. In horrible event I lose, I might just pay it off by delivering 20 bags of Pampers diapers to his crib come October.

Barman,

To a kid like me who just recently graduated college and isn't established yet, $100 or more is a good chunk of change. Besides, it is not that hard to keep reminding someone. Sending them an e-mail, a text, or a phone call, takes about 2 minutes and even if I have to do one of those things, 30 times I look at it as the equivalent of getting $100/hr for your time.

I am banned from the offshore forum. Can someone post this in

carolinakid's thread about the cell phone jammer?

Tell him that I received the jammer on Monday and it worked right out of the box. But that is what I expected since I know someone else who owns a business that has one.

I have to thank TTP for this gift since I used paypal cash from his losing bet to pay for it.

Actually, the loan in question happened in August of 2006, Katrina occurred in August of 2005. But I wouldn't expect you to remember that.

Oops.

Next time do some research before you try and lie your way out of something.

How come you haven't addressed this PO?

heh...In a case where the first half dozen attempts fail to acheive your goal, then those and all subsequent attempts are equivalent to getting $0 per hour for your time. Thus the friendly invitation to direct your energies - even if just five minute increments - into something that's far more assured to return positive energy back to you.

PO is a strange dude. He does make some decent observations. He does seem to post up for contests, and has some guys with satisfactory transactions.

The whole Doctor thing in Mexico is weird with patients dead thru malpractice (?) is even stranger.

I don't know what to make of a guy that sends $500 to Lazer for full contest eligibility, has deals with other posters that seemed to have worked, maybe a Doctor, of sorts, may need to hawk Bush/Elvis chips for $5 at times, leaves his animals behind when evacutating for a hurricane.

This guy must be a real degenerate gambler ! It seems he has plenty of money one day, then he's broke the next ? He's real too, since people have met him. He looks familiar to me. PO69 isn't a Kimchee, he exists.

I think he will get square with Trock... either pay or find receipt.

However I'd advise him to stay away from the Bash, with so many haters.

I have no personal beef with the guy, but I'd be uncomfortable around so many boozed up people looking to pop me, if I was him.

I just wonder why therx did not take this stand against Jimfiestsux when he stiffed me for $500 bucks.

You guys pretty much ignored the whole thing.
Now you guys are all caring about this trock fellow when its not even a 100% fact that PO69 is guilty.

It was 100% sure that JFS stiffed me.

it is because no one likes you. You are an annoying drama queen.

Unfortunately Trock I asked him about payment in the fantasy baseball league he is in with us and this is the response
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________
Why would I have to pay the guy 2 times???

Would you pay him again?? I seriously doubt it! Ask people around the sites! I have an impeccable record of paying off my bets on the sites. I usually oay them even before the other guy can ask, usually within 30 minutes of the bet being decided. Hell you didnt pay me that fast!

So seeing all of this information, doesnt it seem odd that the guy would wait 13 months later to ask for the money??? I mean $300 is nothing to me! I lose 10x that amount betting on sports some days. I also win 10x that amount at times. I wouldnt fuck anyone over for that small of an amount. I wouldnt even fuck you over.

I had no problems with this guy either. I actually thought that this shit was an April Fools joke for the first 6 hours that I saw it on therx.

If you notice, most of the veteran posters at therx did NOT take his side at all. Heck, WVU isnt even staying at the site because of bullshit that happens like this shit. One person cries WOLF and everyone starts running.
