was 225 lost 15 lbs mostly muscle last 4 months trying to slim up waistline that has been problem area (an extra two inches at love handle area)
Bench went from 250 to 205 as I stopped using creatine and protein shakes. Diet and what you put into body is so important.
Saw some guys at the gym who had very ugly waistlines with built up bulging arms and legs???? Some one totally forgot to remind them of their waists it seems...
Got me to thinking, if you dont work out right, you could get disastrous results!!!
BTW, i am 220 not 200lbs according to the golds gym scales
