I will also add my home chase to this thread I guess....only chase under 3 scenarios, after an away sweep, after a home sweep, and when the away team is at the last stop of a long (played 3 or more teams on the road) road trip...

Now I didnt start the chase at the beginning of the season, but even the worse team Nationals are 5-0 base on these 3 scenarios........GLA!
