DId you guys even see the replays? The Artest foul was super weak, it wasnt hard at all. Artest never threw a punch in the stands, he just pushed the guy down. Artest threw the punch when the guy in the pistons jersey came with clenched fists and challenged him on the court. Newport, thats fuckin terrible.
The foul was weak, Wallace lost his cool, Steven Jackson is an idiot, Artest was chillin, Fans were out of hand, O'Neal cold cocked some fat kid on the court, someone wasted their Mountain Dew on O'Neals head, and Jim Gray sounds like he is gonna cry everytime ESPN cuts to him to talk about this.

wow what an exciting end so i understand the total of the game was close brings back memories of wiscon/unlv game when the lights went out. The one city in america where the lights never go out. if you got screwed and had the over do not think these things will even out cause they don't. I just had san fran second half locked up till it went to ot and they got slaughtered. As i just wrote this word now my new mex st became a loss as i had second half under. my third debacle happened earlier today stl/aus peay over 60 in second half that went to overtime inthe second half they needed 11 pts got 9. I am only surprised that i did not have the over in this ind/det. what disaster awaits tomorrow.
There is no justification to enter the stands and start throwing blows. That was not self defense that was assault. Players are not above the law and I hope the judge makes an example out of Artest. If someone threw beer on you would you start bunching the person? Probably. Could you be charged with assault? Probably. Artest will get whats coming to him.

Was the fan wrong to throw the beer at Artest? Absolutely. But you can't go running into the stands and start swinging at the first fan you assume threw the beer, that was absolutely insane behavior. These guys get paid the money they're paid for a system they've created, the fans, the beer, and the I'm number one attitude baggage all go along with that. spartan-not exactly. Artest pushed the wrong guy down, but the guy who threw the cup grabbed him and then hit him in the back of head 3 times. Then later, Artest and a few others all got him and got some punches in. That guy is the big moron that made the pistons fan look bad.
