All they told me is that this is what the players were asking for. Which obviously is a bunch of crap. They said the lagging is my phones issue. I have 4 buddies all having all the same issues. Hope like hell they get a shitload of complaints. I really like Pinnacle and have played for a decade and never had an issue with anything until this. Really don't want to have to switch books.

somehow I got classic view on my phone.

maybe I copied the classic view web address from my laptop or something, can't remember.

future view also locks up and takes forever to make a bet.

It's still terrible. So locking up and just generally tough to navigate. So disappointing.
