Let me first say that after much research, Pinnacle was my choice for my first off-shore account, and things have gone very smoothly. My deposit hit quickly, I think their interface is the easiest to navigate, and their lines and juice rates are the best around.

One beef I did have recently was that the 1-800 number to place bets is apparently not listed anywhere on the website, even if you are logged-in. I had to email CS to get the number since I was going out-of-town for Thanksgiving and would not have ready internet access. I think the number should be listed somewhere easy to find. Also, since they clearly state that phone bets do not have reduced juice like the internet bets, I inquired about the phone bet juice rates - I just wanted a general idea, not something to hang them on. The CS emailed me back to state what I already knew - "phone bets do not have reduced juice" - so they were basically no help with my question. Decent response time, but no help.

Now, Intuition BET, do you have an official statement disclosing your relationship to Pinnacle, or do you just bump this post on them every week because you like them? This thread started on 6/25/03, and you have bumped-it almost every single week since then. I like Pinnacle, everyone likes Pinnacle. What's your relationship?

And WHY do I have to make an "official statement" to you about Pinnacle? Are you one of their competitors?

Pinnacle is a good book to play at, and it a safe book right now, especially for Newbies.

I do not receive a penny from pinnacle or the rx or anyone for that matter,I am just contributing to this board like others with some good info on a good book and passing it on. Nothing more nothing less.

If you do like that or do not like Pinnacle than just don't read this thread.

LOL, no not a competitor. I post rather seldom, and if you look none of my posts are push-a-book. Although my original post in this thread did say some nice things about Pinnacle...

some of the online customer service can be weak at times, it can be very aggravating when you have something urgent and have to reiterate the same question 3 times because of shift changes, my last payout request took 3 days to process.
