Scratch it. Not worth owning right now until we get more details. Some Novartis buy-out but the details are scarce and it could be bad information ... waiting on a call-back from the company.

The Chinese company produces vaccines targeting a number of viral and bacterial diseases, Novartis said. In 2008, Zhejiang Tianyuan doubled its net sales from the 2006 level, to $25 million. The deal is subject to conditions including regulatory clearance in China. On Tuesday, Novartis had said that it planned to invest $1 billion over five years for research and development in China.

Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-pharmaceutical co was our joint venture partner. We do not have formal business relationship with this company now, as it no longer is a partner in the joint venture.

Yeah no kidding. I feel terrible buying at .0485 and selling 'em all in the high .06s when the rumor was false, lol.

Ahh well. No one knew what was going on all day until the last 5 minutes of trading when another investor confirmed it wasnt the same company. Just glad I didnt dump 'em all right away at a loss, figured I'd ride it out and see what happened.

Got in this yesterday at .08 ... L2 is very thin. Last time it ran to around $2. Big news yesterday, hence the large 800% positive day. Looking to continue the momentum and crank this sucker up. Hop in, the water's warm.

It trades really thin. As interest grows, the spread between bid/ask will tighten. For now, just sit on the bid (it's at .10 right now) and hope you get filled. When volume comes in, we'll be well on our way to $1+

They spent a lot on legal fees, lol. This was actually out about a week or so ago, it's just officially filed with the SEC now. It's available on PACER before EDGAR since they are in Chap 11.

Regardless, it shows their assets outweighing liabilities which is the main thing we're looking for. They'll be reporting earnings in another few weeks. So, that ought to bring more attention to ABWTQ.

Well, all the Qs have been hurting lately. I've been adding incrementally on the way down. This has been unreal.

It's basically giving everyone a 2nd chance that didnt buy the first time in the low teens. I'm personally holding over 150k now and still adding at the bid.

The price was .005 with a bid/ask of .0013x.002, wtf? Was that the MM's phucking with us or just an honest mistake?

Sorry, didnt see your Q on the NSFE board. NITE fell asleep at the wheel, that's my only assumption. You see, NITE has been holding us back by selling at .002 the last few weeks. What happened today was NITE never set his sell order, and the next MM that had shares wanted .005. So, someone slapped the .005 first thing this morning, then NITE woke up and put his shares up for sale at .002 as he always does.

Once we clear NITE out, this will likely be well over .005. An easy 400% from today's price. Or upon any PR from the company about contracts would also spice things up a bit. I've got a little over a Million that I'm holding long-term either way. Has strong support at .001, so that's where I try to add. You can probably flip at .002 for the time being and make 50-100% gains on each transaction too.

My guess is it's just the Money Managers moving their money into high-quality names for the year-end rally. If we dont break thru S&P 1100 this week or early next week, I might end up joining the bear camp and start shorting some American stocks.

However, i'm fairly confident we'll break thru 1100 and set new highs in coming days. We'll likely get close to 1175 in the next few weeks before we have another major correction. All IMO of course, but the bears are running out of reasons to be bearish, and when that happens, they'll convert and the bulls will be back on parade.

Patiently waiting to add more shares on the bid. Wishing I had flipped a few around .20, but dont mind holding. I have a long-term view in most of my positions unless there just 1-2 day flippers. JVDT is a good long-termer. Hoping they fill me at .09
