The human body is more than capable of processing both when consumed in moderation and when combined with other good ingestables and a healthy lifestyle with regard to exercise etc

Personally, I refrain from sugar consumption, but that's my choice, based on the evidence I have formed an OPINION on.

Otherwise, you are just whistling dixie. You can't prove causal relationships between eating ice cream and death, so STFU and enjoy a blizzard every now and then.
