How can u have an all time list and not have players like Kareem, Russell or Chamberlain? It's only the most important position in all of sports outside of QB in football - a great center all but guarantees numerous titles

Lebron went from the most overrated player in all of sports to self proclaimed all time great on Ray Allen's shot - he was on the verge of being crucified in the media as the trophy was being brought onto the court in Game 6

"on the verge" equals, "if "ifs" were "fifths" we'd all be drunk/if "ifs" and nuts, etc., if my aunt had balls, etc. Woudda coudda shudda is BOOLshit. Having said that, Lebron's place is for others to decide...and to do after he's through playing.

Not lately, it hasn't. I'd probably replace Oscar with Russell, but I have no problem with either list.

People HATE Lebron... until he plays on their favorite team.

People in Miami had a huge dislike for Lebron, pretty much hated him. Then he joined the Heat... now they love him to death and cant get enough.

Just depends on which team he plays on.

Cleveland loved him... now they hate him.

Precisely, especially that two faced, brain dead cocksucker who owns the team, 5 seconds after he was practically tonguing LBJ's balls to get him to stay, he was blasting him and calling him a choker once LBJ kicked him to the curb, including his hilarious vow to bring The Mistake By The Lake a championship before LBJ. Remind me again, how'd that turn out again, and, how's Cleveland been doing with all those top draft picks they've been accumulating?

You cant be the best basketball player of all time when your not better than Kobe, I'm sorry. He is not even on my Mt. Rushmore. Lebron makes his living in the paint, still can't shoot.

First of all, even if your last sentence were true, if you could get 4 MVPs, 3 NBA Finals, and 2 championships by doing so, more power to you-but you sound like somebody who listens to the pot stirring talk show hosts all day. Why don't you check his shooting stats-and which direction they've been moving-over the last 5 years, and get back to on that "can't shoot" claim.

Who is the dominant Center in the league right now? even on his last legs Duncan just about racked another one - there are just no big time younger big men right now - but all the recent titles outside the last years were won by Shaq, Duncan or teams that had huge front lines - aka, Gasol, Oden and Bynum and Sheed and Ben Wallace

Which all goes to show that my comment "not lately" was accurate and that the comment that you generally need a dominant center to win is INaccurate-look around, the game has changed. AGAIN with "...just about racked another one,", this after "on the verge?" Something tells me you're a fan of horseshoes and hand grenades...and that you didn't particularly enjoy the last 28 seconds of Game Six of last year's NBA Finals. Btw, what title did Oden win?
