BAS, the problem isn't that people are bored or want to steal the rx's posters (maybe that has/is beind done I dont know), but the issue everyone has is that inky will not stop taking PWs plays and posting them here. I know this is done with other posters at other public sites, but I think you know this is wrong. And so inky made a thread that ended up a shit talking thread, and so everyone is letting him know what a dick he is. For someone who cares nothing about the "rogue" forum he sure can't stay away.

For some of us we are just standing up for whats right. And the fact that he does this is not right.

It Happens all the time ... It's not something New and you can do whatever you want to try to stop it on Your End, but they will get out.

Maybe if you guys just have 5-6 guys in the group that know the picks, it will stop.. or maybe Not.

If you guys would just stop worrying about what gets out there, and worry more about your forum, there would be less drama

Thought about this myself BAS, but then the "rat" would just have to wait a week or so and then give out the plays again and then probably another mass ban would come.

That is actually what they originally did, but in them trying to get people into that section as quick as they could, one of his IDs got in.

If I was any good and my plays were getting stolen I'd be pissed off too. One thing to be on an open public forum, another to be in a private forum. Would Heritage and the RX like it if ace ace had his plays posted all over?

If Posted Here at The RX, they get deleted. But I'm not running around to another forum and sending my crew to attack the poster that posting them.

Too much BS comes with all of this. and I'm not into that.

PW might not like a few guys here, but his saying was Always to Help others. Doesn't seem like that to me.
As much as We ( The Mods ) protected him, a few bad apples shouldn't cause others to lose out.

Sure, why not? Maybe its not an issue to the same level, but to say its ok and tollerated because its been going on forever is not forward thinking. And you could tell inky to stop posting it and that be it. To be honest BAS, it doesnt effect me one way or another. I didnt send anybody here and nobody was here. I was here originally because inky said he had pws plays and in one way or another directed me to the other forum and I'm only here now because all the man wanted to do was post in peace and give people his plays and wanted the respect of his plays being posted where he wanted.

Quick question about the running of a forum....and this question I am asking for the sake of clarity, in regards to implementing one's (rx's)own rules.

It's posted on your forum that wishing death upon someone constitutes an automatic ban. Do we agree that is the case?

Incubus told pennywise to "F**k off and die". Do we agree that is the case?

I think we can both agree on those 2 counts.

So why then did Incubus escape the automatic ban stated in the forum rules? I'm genuinely intrigued as to the answer.

One other thing, a lot of guys keep getting asked why they are here (incubus seems to think forum membership is life or death - you can't be a member of more than one), so I think I can speak for many when I say that people can and are members of multiple different forums, be it one or more sports forums, a sports forum and any other kind of forum. It's actually a compliment to you BAS to say that the RX has good content and many good posters (Incubus not included) that people want to come over here and view their thread and read the content they provide. You will see for me personally that I have had an account here for 10 years approximately. I haven't posted here a lot, and most of them have come since April this year.

Can we also agree that since I'm a member here at the RX, I can raise points about objectionable threads and the objectionable content they contain?

You don't see me verbally abusing anyone here or wishing death upon them (despite being called all manner of names by various other members), and I'm most likely one click away from a ban because of what I have said politely in this thread. Yet the guy who flagrantly breaks rx rules time and again gets away with it every single time...I find that very strange.

Should he ban EVERYONE like you did on your soon to be nonexistent site???

People joined a closed forum, mainly because of Pws plays, knowing full well once they were there that the intention was to keep the plays private as people were also selling his plays on twitter (I think?) etc. The fact is, Inky went over there with the sole intention of stealing them. How would you feel if I started selling your plays on twitter? You can't tell me that this is the same as posting on the RX, an open forum, and people reposting your plays.

Thats like my example of Ace Ace, I'm not sure if people leak his plays, but just for arguments sake, I'm sure Heritage would be pissed because as a business they would be losing money.
