Theses posters are only making supportive and informative posts and are summarily banned with no notice. This is a farce. Never seen such a thing in 20 odd years on gambling forums. That forum was so dead with only PW fanboys that they came up with the VIP idea to increase forum participation. Now crappy cappers are posting in the hopes of becoming VIP. The Rouge Forum is a disgrace to gambling forums!

The fact of the matter is PENNYWISE just ducked my college hoops challenge. It was only a 7 day 21 play college hoops contest.

to 300 people and give 30 VIP status, doesn't sound very public to me. Now you all got banned, I think Penny was a good capper, but if your not getting access to
his picks why would you stay there. Anyway like I said I only read a bit of this, maybe I am missing something.
