You guys set the bar pretty low for best handicapper on the board and swell guy. Seriously, why is this treated like a national disaster? Just play the favorite and over, it will be like he never left.

i think you're off base on this one Biz. Just my opinion but you see how things were posted. Hard not to miss the troublemakers in this thread. People made a lot of money this summer tailing him. I know I did. They're just pissed he left. And I agree it's probably because he went cold for a while (inevitable), not some posters running him off.
We've seen many have great runs and when it turns they boogie because they know it's hard to get it back.
And this place is like no others when it comes to "what have you done for me lately".
No doubt he had a good run at bases this summer. Let's face it though, he had been mediocre at best lately. 10X plays, 3X plays, what's up with that? Focusing in on one or two games is what made him so effective. I think he started getting a little reckless.....chasing losses maybe? I would have been a thousand times more impressed if he had hit on a few heavy dogs. He definitely seemed like a good dude and will be missed.
