July 16th ...2 weeks late on that news.Looks as if you'd be outa luck in Philly.. on the bright side without the most populous county in the state a recount wouldn't take 5 months ..(see Arizona ) but it won't happen as I've said repeatedly

Yeah the threat has been kicking around for a few weeks and yes I understand the deadline was yesterday.
If by chance York gets the million dollars and the replacement machines by Aug 20th it'll again be blocked in the court.
It won't happen....but let us do see how the board responds next .
