Donald Trump is planning on going to Erie, Pennsylvania this weekend to hold a rally, but the mayor of the city is telling him to cool his jets. The city is still owed $35,000 from the Trump campaign to cover the costs of security and other items from a rally he held there in 2018, and the mayor says that Trump has to pay that bill - and possibly even pay up front for the coming rally - before he shows up.
