WHAT WENT ON OR YEARS IS A DISGRACE TO PENN ST ITS STUDENTS AND FANS-AND FOOTBALL TEAM-
BUT THEM LOSING WAS great--why any player stayed is beyond me-
THEY MAY WIN 2 GAMES AT BEST--
I WILL NOT WATCH/OR LISTEN TO ANY==FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM -THEY ALL ARE GUILTY-A DISGRACE TO COLLEGE SPORTS

I agree it was not the players' faults.

However, I wouldn't hold your breath wishing for Penn State to beat Georgia in football. I simply don't see that happening for years to come!

You're all emotion and no logic. Players and students had nothing to do with the Sandusky crimes. If your uncle, unbeknownst to you, molests children should you and your kids be vilified just because you are related to him? Innocent people totally removed from the situation do not deserve any scorn.

Paterno put winning and his ego in front of everything. Including letting a child rapist roam the campus. As soon as he said "I should have done more" that was the end of him. I never bought into that "happy valley" bullshit. That whole place including players,administration, etc.. is brain-washed with that happy valley shit....

For all intents and purposes, Paterno did own the school. Can't blame the players though; I blame Paterno and his so-called bosses. I'm stunned at their second half yesterday; I was on them large and they looked good for the first half then fell apart.

No 1 i wouldnt let my kids be anywhere by an adult in a shower let alone without me being there.No 2 if you are stupid enough to let a young kid alone like that then leave him sleep over micheal jackson's house.Not denying that he didnt know.Just stating he told the next person in the chain of command.Why didnt the person that caught them do anything when they were right there?It happens everywhere and its not even reported.Blaming just paterno is wrong.there were more than 1 person who knew so why only blame paterno.

Sandusky's name was mentioned in this thread one time. Sad, no one wants to blame him. A lot of people want to blame someone else except the one person that committed the horrific crimes. I love talk radio. I listen to some of the national shows-Mike & Mike, The Herd etc. Very interesting to hear PSt callers defend and deny. Shocking actually. I see some of that above in some of the posts. Seems like a time for them to be humble not whatever it is that they are. I can't even think of a word to describe the callers and forum writers. Kinda sad actually.

Yes, I truly believe Paterno knew very little about Sandusky's activities. The evidence against Paterno is incredibly circumstantial. Just a witch hunt. He was an old ass man who had no clue what the truth was and passed it on to his superiors. Just because you want him to get his Sherlock Holmes on doesn't mean he has to.

Knowing that it happened even once is enough to be inexcusable. If his first knowledge was when McQueary told him in 2001 then Sandusky should have been banished at that moment. Enough said.
