Penn State is a very good football team .... but not a great football team. There are probably 10 or more teams that would be favorites over Penn State on a neutral field. Do you want me to name them or do you give up counting ?:toast::nohead::lolBIG::lol:

You don't need to win every game every year to win it. How many champions do win every game. Not to many that i can remember.

Nebraska 3 National Titles in 4 years, 3 unbeaten seasons.

Miami 3 National Titles in 5 years. 3 Unbeaten Season.

and they weren't losing to 41 point underdogs at home or to Oregon State.

As great as USC has been since 2001, you want no part of what Nebraska mid-90's and Miami late '80s and early '90s.

They handled their business. Greatness is not a sometime thing, it is an all the time thing.

UCLA 88 straight wins.

2 titles and 1 of them is undefeated, whats the issue, and they would favor comnparably with those Miami teams. Funny you didn't mention any Little 10 teams in your rant

Until we lose STFU,

Regards,

Texas Tech and Alabama.

With the current system, that's pretty much it.

The beauty of an 8 team playoff would be that a team could stumble & lose one stupid game during the season(Florida/USC) and still have a shot to prove that they were the best at the end of the year.

It's so logical and so many people want it, it's absolutely painful to even bring up again.

This pisses me off so bad every time I think about it. Grrrrrrr

Since Texas Tech will be at Oklahoma, I think the line will be close to a field goal in favor of oKL.. Tech looked pretty awesome to me today !

! Where did you get it !:lolBIG:

at the superior knowledge store.

huge money says 9 half is a lot closer than 3.

and are we talking opening or closing?

3 is so out of line its almost comical. no offense. people in the know would/ will pound ou hard at anything under 7.

trust me.

OU by 9.5? Whoa....

Are you assuming that they borrow the Ravens defense that weekend?

No way that OU is favored by more than 7 against T Tech. I could see 7 sure, but I think the number is going to be at 4.5 or 5.
