The Mavs were on my list. I actually was hoping they would open 40-41 win range but I still don't think they get to 39 and that line is just too much respect for Cuban/Carlisle/Dirk longevity. That is a team in decline....

Yeah 7 is fine...Wanted to get GState under 60.5 in there. That is damn high.
I didn't even have Orlando on my list of teams then I was seeing if I missed any and realized their total was 32.5. That is damn high for a team that has avg 23 wins a season since dealing Dwight Howard. Payton might make a leap this yr but they're still a young team with a lot of deficiencies.

Bobcats O 32.5
Jazz O 40.5
Suns O 36.5
Kings O 30.5
Lakers U 29.5
Knicks U 31.5
Magic U 32.5
I'd probably say Magic or Lakers is my weakest. I could've swapped them for GS.
The only play of yours I am really opposed to is Heat 45.5. Yeah they might sit Wade a lot but they are a top 3 team in the East based on talent with a good coach and improved bench. Mavs I like and the rest of yours I am pretty indifferent on.
Pistons are interesting, I'd go over there if I had to. Celts a tough team to handicap. Stevens is a legend in the making but 42.5 wins is a lot when you probably don't have 1 player in the top 50 in the league. Tons of depth, no injury matters too much, probably would lead me to go over but I don't love it.

I like most of yours....Suns and Charlotte over I think are both gonna cash....I do think the Magic will go over....that's the only one I don't really like. You might be right about my Heat under. This was tough....that's why 7 was plenty for me....after my first three picks...I was digging to find something im really confident in. Glad I did this though....thx for the offer.

Raptors O 45.5....Not sure on this either. Lost Amir who was their best defensive big by far, Lowry might have declined last year, Derozan wants a lot of $ and they may deal him early if they start slow. Carroll nice pickup but he did really only have 1 really good yr for ATL. The East is so bad maybe they get there...
Pacers U 42.5.....Team had a lot of changes, not sure what to do here. If George was healthy I'd probably like the over but that injury was horrific. Hill/Ellis/George....Hibbert gone will hurt their defense but they could only be so good offensively with his corpse on the floor.
Pistons O 33.5....Good young team....Drummond/RJax/Stanley/KCP. I liked this one but didn't love it. Monroe had a nice 2nd half last year, not a small loss.
Sixers O 21.5....Lol if they win 20 they probably let fans play out the season. Must keep tanking.
Heat U 45.5....I like the Heat...Tons of injuries last year...Only had Wiltside/Dragic/Bosh for half the season. Spo is a good coach.
OKC O 57.5...Obviously I love their upside but they might not care about winning 58-60 games since their season has been derailed by injuries for 3 years straight now. This is the highest upside team in the NBA though IMO. When healthy and clicking I think they can go to a gear that no one else can. Also Donovan should be a huge upgrade over Brooks by default. He was a huge moron.
Mavs U 38.5...I have them as the 10th-11th best team in the conference at best. Dirk is going to play less than ever this season. Wes is coming off a torn achilles. Chandler Parsons might really lead them in win shares this year. D Will has been done for 2 years now. Carlisle is the 2nd best coach in the NBA but if he gets this team to 40 wins then he might be better than Popovich. They had perfect health last year and lost 2 of their 3 best players and their other one is closing on on 40 years old.

Teams are just better and it is tough to win 61+ back to back in this Western Conference. 61 gets you the #1 seed about 90% of years. I don't think their over/under for seeding should be 1.5 at even money. Nobody in the West should be with that field.
