The defense did more than enough to win that game, Offense is terrible. Really painful to watch at times.

The Titans had a simple gameplan. Run the ball, control the clock (even though TOP was pretty even), dont let Tannehill lose it for them, and stop the Pats offense. Heck, the titans ran up an 8 minute drive in the 4th qtr without even scoring

If Tenn had 201 passing yards and 72 yards, then it would have looked like the Pats would have blown them out.
