Chalkman - I will check and see and if the books involved want their names mentioned, if they do I will surely tell you who they are. They acted fairly in my view so they have nothing to be ashamed about but may not want to get into all this again. Surely not here in the forums. It was settled and settled fairly so we are moving on. Getting this guy his money is the most important thing and it was the only thing I cared about. Now having said that if I thought anyone playing at these shops were in danger I would have posted about it before now. This was a casino problem and I may be mistaken but not sure they even use the same provider now, either way I can assure you I will not break any sort of agreement to prove to you this is not a hoax. LOL. I think it's very nice he posted this but I have long since gotten the reward for this I needed, a genuine thanks from him over the phone.

BallGame - I don't usually resort to these methods but this is a gambling forum, how's this? I have approximately $5100 in Pinnacle right now (and can transfer more in very quickly), how much of that would you like to wager?

We will bet on whether NYOne is a real person and if what he said here is true. He was having troubles getting paid from two sportbooks (they are related) and when he came to the RX for help we were able to get him paid. You seem to imply it was all made up, right?

It's a true shame the turn this thread took and to think just a couple days ago we(Patrick, SHRINK, & Me) were concerned about this poster and his access rights as he stated he thought they were suspended. Later we proved they were not removed, so now I have reason to believe he was lying about that.
I apologize to the forum for this sort of stuff but this gets old, very old. NOT ONE PERSON have we ever turned down in trying to help them. We don't always win but we ALWAYS give it a shot. The RX does so much good no one knows about and when someone wants to thank us here publicly this is what happens. I spend a lot of time trying to do what I can, the other mods help out more to cover for me and Shrink never complained ONCE about us taking time to help the players out! He pays us yet we spend time on his dollar helping players off-shore. And just like in this case if the guy has never posted here before or is a long time board regular I will do whatever I can to take care of the problem. EVERY TIME. We all do.

We get people (just like in this case) who are so greatful they want to give us some of their money but I don't take a quarter. Ever. It's not my money and I tell them NO every time! There are a few who are only here to cause trouble, what makes it obvious is when they don't only talk poorly of you when things can rightly be questioned, they try and talk shit about you even on positive things. That's what gives people with agendas away, sure enough this clown had one all along. It took a LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT to make sure this kid got paid and it angers me some blowhard can come in here and talk crap like this. This guy we helped is a vetenarian assistant with a wife and baby in New York. I really grew to like the kid as we talked strategy on the phone in trying to get him his money. He has never posted here before or any of the "watchdog" sites. When he had a problem he was put in contact with another site who KNOWS the RX will do everything they can to help. Yep another site sent him to me and we got the deal done. That tells you all you need to know in what other sites think about us.

I will take a lot of nonsense on other stuff but getting players their money is not one of them. It bothers me when we lose for the players and I am very happy when it works out. I hope not but it could easily be any one of us one day and even if it's Old BallGame I will be right here to help him if he asks. It's one of the things we do here.
