Guess the prayers did not work.
Two people get sick, and families of both ask for prayers. One dies and one gets better. For the one that gets better it is "praise God, the power of prayer has saved our loved one." What about the other guy? Did people not pray hard enough, or correctly? Or is that all just a giant crock of shit that helps the weak feel comforted?

this bugs the shit out of me too,,, i think in this instance the prayers probably were meant to be a quicker end,,
my friends husband just passed from this disease,,, it took him in 1.5 years,, pretty quick by all standards,, and i swear to all thats holy,,, i would NEVER put my family through this type of death,, sigh,, never,,,
