Here's a FACT for you "doubters" to ponder:

Ortega the jockey that GAVE his whip away just four months ago was found riding with a buzzer. So why is he still allowed to ride at Parx?
Here's a poser : Why is it some great race horses never passed on their talents via genes?
Answer: It was in the blood, not in the genes.


IMO, illegal drug use is worse than jockey doings because we can't see it.

Why are these trainers still allowed to train and repeatedly break the medication rules?

Prof_Factor I've been ranting for years on other forums about Rick Dutrow Jr,Rudy and Jacobson. IMO NYRA has turned a blind eye into what Rudy and Jacobson are doing to this day.
Ness is for sure a problem as is Baffert. His 9 horses that "accidentally" died still pisses me off.

Racing needs a Czar, EVERY State that conducts live racing needs to follow the same rules. Until the chaos as we know it will rule the roost.
