well i actually stopped posting about it, but the situation has gone from bad to worse in a way. Here is a recap:
Firepay admitted that they made a mistake and they sent partypoker back their $168 to them on June 27th. Now remember that partypoker had already taken out that amount of money from me when I made my neteller deposit. Oh yes, the numbers have changed slightly sicne firepay FINALLY told me the official deposit amounts. Well they should have NEVER told partypoker anything about a bad deposit since my bank cleared it all! They were actually real nice once I was able to get their phone number! i believe that they asked me not to post it though, but I will give it to anyone who asks for it. It is not an 800 number, but that doesnt matter these days, NO ONE pays for long distance anymore anyway with the advent of cell phones.
Now to my problems!
Well, partypoker is fucckkiinng with me quite a bit. I lovvveeee their site quite a bit and i Love the single table tourneys, but they are keeping my money!!!! Remember that of course I made those $69 and $99 deposits to partypoker. I had said lower earlier, but firepay finally told me the correct amounts!
So firepay, by mistake, did not pay partypoker those 2 payments. Well the next time that I deposited $250 using neteller, they of course took out the $168 from my deposit and pocketed that money. Now of course, I was pissed at firepay for not correcting this problem, so it took me like 12 days to get it corrected from firepay which it was corrected on June 27th!
Firepay sent partypoker the $168 to them on June 27th. Now of course, someone would owe me that $168. Of course it has to be partypoker sicne htye have the money. Well I have called partypoker and have been given about 6 different phone numbers that I need to call about this situation and after all of that, I usually just get told that I need to call the very first number in the chain!! Of course the first number is general customer service for partypoker and they cant find their way out of a PAPER BAG!!!
But after about 6 days, on July 1st I think, I finally reached someone who said that they would put the money back in my betting account within about 2 hours. Of course it didnt happen that day and EVERYDAY since then, people tell me that it will be put in my account!!! BUT I will be damn, they dont do shit about it!!!!!
Can ANYONE help me get my money from this casino?? Does anyone else have trouble when they make a payout request from this place?? I have honestly talked to the POPE about this,(Yes he does work at partypoker during the week) and he tells me to go to church and not bet and that the CHURCH will keep my money!!
Is their like a secret password I need?? I am starting to think that this is candid camera or a game or something!!!!The people at partypoker always tell me that they are sorry about the problems, but nothing happens!
