The number is rising a bit...up to 6-6.5. I recall GB was moving the ball well on the MNF game. Favre had some fumbling and Green did as well that turned the tides. This will come down to turnovers. Favre has had 3-4 games now of very clean, no turnover performances. If Green can do the same, I think GB wins outright. I'm taking the +7 by game time......

Agreed Packman - Bowman has the game at 6.5, an obvious buy to 7. I look at the game this way: Green Bay has the higher ranked offense AND the higher ranked defense - check the stats. Last time they met in the Monday nighter, the Packers ran for 241 yards - and now Carlos Emmons (Philly Defensive MVP) is out. Philly was already weak versus the run. Destiny and all that talk aside, it's hard to not grab the touchdown in this spot with an outside chance at the straightup win.

Really think the Pack's D is soft, also Reid and Sherman are too familiar with one another.

It took weather and big run plays by the Pack to even make Philly's MNF win as a comeback even necessary, but BF's thumb was at it's worst that night..if wanting an alibi

I would like Philly here more if not for the coaches being system disciples(of Holmgren), also due to Philly's injuries and always tightening up in playoff ball, Favre is allergic to Domes, and Philly is allergic to NFCCG wins, so look to see if Caro has pulled the upset as a potential motivator for a slugfest.

Passing on either side..yet going MEDIUM to OVER the total Philly 27- GB 23..they would've scored more without that MNF weather and Favre's thumb the 1st time 'round.

Teams that have to win their way into the playoffs have in "defacto mode" already been exerting themselves, and with GB needing Az over Minny for a ticket, I think this could be bow-out time, especially considering Seattle gift-wrapping last week's game.

This year's Final 8 is as wide open a field as I've seen in ages, also fully respect rushing-stat plays that Smokey and so many other's here, plus Salisbury(ESPN) love GB for this game..but just can't have a team that looks like they've been begging to be put out it's misery against a Philly team that like the Titans is getting long in the tooth, and needs to make hay NOW.

MEDIUM OVER..hoping Philly gets the jump, and allows garbage points

This game is so simple I could just chuckle. This game will all come down to the Philly offense. Their first meeting this past season was not that close even though the score didn't indicate it. Key personnel are out for the Philly team so this one will be up to Don M. and their running backs to either keep this one close or their not even going to be a factor in the fourth quarter. I see a Blowout for the Pack attack in this one. Pack attack by 15 or 16 if not by halftime by the end of the game. Pack attack 44 to Philly 28 or 29.

ahh you guys kill me and are jumping right into that 5.5 trap line which hasnt moved all week despite people pounding this team of "destiny".. haha

One thing everyone forgets is that Westbrook touched the ball about 5 times(5 carries, 1 yard, no returns[Punt or Kick]) in the earlier win IN GREEN BAY so his loss in this one, albeit a big one to the Eagles, really has no bearing on showing that OH this time is different and GB will beat Philly. Also, Philly got it done in GB, no matter how it happened, turnovers, etc. they still beat GB in GB without two of their biggest defensive weapons Taylor and Dawkins. Now they are home, and they are hungry for a Super Bowl bid and won't let some crappy GB team(no way GB is better than Philly, admit it) who beat two teams that laid down to them(Oak and Den) got lucky to get into the playoffs at all(Vikings) and got by an unproven road team Seattle in OT at HOME by an Al "Pass Interference" Harris pick-6, beat them. I don't know about covering the spread because I think it will be a hard fought close game. But one thing I am sure of is that GB does not beat Philly straight up in Philly... they just want it too much and are the better team. They know how to win and yes Vincent and Taylor are good enough to go one on one with GB receivers and shut them down. (As for Franks and Green out of the backfield thats a diff story but with 8 and 9 in the box Im sure they can spare one or two if Green/Franks go out on a route). Vincent will play, maybe not start, but he will play.... if they need him that is

Lob-Lan, Packers are gonna roll over the Eagles right. Well there's really no need for the Eagles to show up. You've got Green, Sherman, Favre, and his dad, and don't forget God on your side, so there's absolutely positively no way they can lose. Sounds like a lock to me. Bet the house!

Did anyone else notice Todd Pinkston's 2nd foot was out of bounds on that 50 yard pass play in the second quarter? Watch NFL network tonight and you will clearly see it should have been an incomplete pass.

Oh well, I need the over.
