completely dissagree with you on oregon.

Wazzu may win outright today, they are a different home team, they had a cup cake last week to build thier confidence for this week.

and one of the main reasons besides getting 21.5 points at home...... look who oregon plays next week :103631605

last look ahead in the pac ten i called was unlv +22 @ ariz st. few weeks ago, this one looks good too.

Sure guy. Have the Coogs gotten a new walk-on or two to bolster that pathetic roster of theirs? Clue me in. Why is their defense good enough to stop Oregon? Portland St. might be located in the same state as Eugene, but the comparison stops right there.

south of oregon is las vegas, where odds makers know the wazzu defense and set the line accordingly at 19.5, a bit baity. Now at 21.5

speaking of bad defenses; Oregon is in a bad spot , blowing it at home last week, now travelling on the road in to play their 2nd pac 10 since they played washington a month ago. Oregon defense have given up 24, 26, and 37 points consecutively last 3 weeks, they CAN give up 3 scores @wazzu whos off a 48 point game at home last week. Oregon is also playing a back up qb and like i said they are playing USC next week. The possiblity to overlook wazzu has a very high% imo. and 21.5 points is too many for all those reasons imo

im not claiming wazzu is better or even good, but they are in a very good spot to play thier A game.

sorry for hijacking the thread for a 1 unit play oweducks lol gl today

I doubt UoD would mind a discussion of a game he's on in his thread. I follow your thinking SG, but damn, WSU is in a real sad way. I can't get past that. Did you know that this is the 4th time Wulff has shaken up both his OL and DL starters trying to find something that works? As far as UO overlooking this game for USC next week... small chance. The Ducks are coming off a burn. That's reason enough to be focused.

No problem... I don't think that Oregon would look past wsu but I didn't think USc would look past OSU either.
As for those scores that the defense gave up. 24 pts given up to Utah st, much of those were 2nd and 3rd team defense. 26 points to Purdue in 2 overtimes and the 36 to Boise. The ducks defense Coord was out coached as boise showed a completely different look and poor adjustments were made. However, both Purdue and Boise are light years ahead of wsu offensively with a first time starter, makeshift Oline and receivers who have shown no ability to catch easy balls this year.

I'll be surprised if wsu puts more than 21 on the board and shocked if Oregon doesn't put more and 44.

Biggest problem for cougs will be depth. Their D is going to tire fast.
best of luck though. In football anything can happen.

Uwe, I can't believe you overlooked USC next week. I rarely say this, but your insight on the Ducks helped me make an important decision($$$$) today. Good Luck

Man oh man. No word on Locker here, couldn't quite see his injury on replay but I have to guess he is really hurt if the took him back for xrays. Fouch is OK passer but the husky defense is playing like shit.

I am going to grab Stanford 2nd half.

ADDING: Stanford +3, 1 unit
