I do know someone who has railed against this practice and its consequences since he ran for office and has done all he can to get manufacturing back into our country.

I think "stole" is a totally inappropriate word.

Emphasized the failings of is more like it. Who else was talking about NAFTAs failings except Trump? And NAFTA is only the tip of the iceberg. Offshoring to Asia is the problem with the greatest impact on our country. Can you cite me anyone else in power who attempted to correct these problems? Trump. And Trump only.
