Using your "logic" then predominantly brown countries no-longer have a right to stay that way because they've also had a history of invasion and conquest. Ottoman, Hittites, Sasanian empires are examples of conquest by non-white. Ever hear of the Mongol empire, or the Empire of Japan, these non-white countries are also non-welcoming nations!
