I just got an Beagle a few weeks ago as well and was also looking to name him something gambling related.

Some of the names I was thinking of were:

Bookie
Teaser
Parlay
Ace

But I ultimately went with Chase because it was gambling related, it fit my Beagle's personality and like someone else here already said, I wanted something that I wouldn't be embarrassed of yelling in a public place.

Got 3 Shepherds here..My 10 year old quit walking on me 4 months back..Several thousand later still no solution..diagnosed degenerative disc syndrome..I would mortgage the house if I had to..

Spent 500 bucks on this at eddiescycles..Anyone who has a handicapped dog I recommend them greatly

Damn that sux. Hats off to you for doing everything you can to make his life as enjoyable as possible. I hate seeing animals suffer or in pain more than i hate seeing people that way.

I had a Golden with Hip Displasia (sp). He was in a good bit of pain his last few years, it was tough.

Posts: 700........Thks..but feel sorry for him not..He lives like a king and eats nothing but Sirloin, Chicken and doggy snacks( Them damn $5 pedigree bones)..

He gets the royal treatment..As he always has..And is pretty much pain free..( Yes, I know sheps have a high pain tolerance and may not show it)
