All you guys are missing the point. Doesn't matter if it's good or not. The only thing that matters is the wife wants to see it and it isn't football season. So take one for the team so later you can say "hey I took you to that horrible movie" :eave me alone so I can watch this late Rainbow's game.
Yeah, I think they misrepresent this film too much in the advertising. They make it sound like it's going to be like 40-year old virgin.
It had a ton of funny parts, but there was a lot of serious/drama scenes too that brought me down and detracted from the comedy.
It's worth a matinée or rental, as long as you don't expect to see a movie in the vain of 40 Year old virgin/old school/ wedding crashers.

Oceans 13 was crap. Oceans 12 was better., and that was shit too.
All the talk about this being the last, wanting to do it better than 12, and with every tv media personality bending over for the actors in this film .. it's a joke.
When can we get some honest movie critics that call it as they see it.

P.S. Don't waste your money on Hostel II. One of the worst movies I have ever seen. Complete GARBAGE. Tarantino is turning into M.Night Shyamalan, and all the other has been directors. Good movies at the start of their careers, but a last few have been chit!

I went to this movie when I read some good reviews and blogs which said it was hilarious. THIS MOVIE SUCKED. It was poorly written, too long and its editor should not give up her day job.
If it weren't for the all the F-bombs and bong scenes, it would have been a total chick flick. Instead, it was just an overrated under-30 chick flick.
Yeah, it was really a riot to watch the Sister and Brother-in-Law argue for half the movie. Great "intellectual" humor exudes from 4 Canadian stoner losers who give each other pink eye by putting their asses on each others pillows, make references about one of their beards looking like a vagina and live like pigs. Tremendous humor watching an otherwise beautiful Katherine Heigl blow chunks, get fat and deliver a baby in graphic detail.

This was the funniest movie I've seen in years. It's hard to rank with 40YOV but I'd say it's a bit funnier. Apatow is the only guy making movies that actually make me laugh anymore. If you didn't like this movie I honestly feel sorry for you. Go watch Scary Movie 3 or something instead.

It IS true however that there isn't much reason to see this in the big screen, except for the fun of being surrounded by strangers who are laughng with you. No real special effects or action sequences, and it will probably play just as well on a tv screen. But I can't wait till it comes out on DVD to see it again. There are no words for how good this movie is.
