why didnt he just commit murder instead. he would've been out 13 years earlier.

us justice system is a joke. you get more time for possession then killing someone.

This is an excellent point which cannot be overlooked.

What they've done is taken a guy who might otherwise serve out his prison sentence and turned him into a guy who now has utterly no motivation for good behavior. He can literally kill someone (most likely a guard) and not be in any worse situation than he is now.

I have no problem with him in jail for life. After you get convicted 3 times for stealing cars, you ought to be locked up for good.

In 89 he got about 1 year.
In 90, he got about 2 years.
In 92 he got 25.

Fuck him.
