I gave up and went looking for a bike shop, found one and had them put it on cost me $4.........they asked for $5 but 4 is all I had and they didnt take debit.
BTW it wasnt easy for the guy he had a tuff time took like 10min......had to use a heat gun........after that he put 90psi into it, most he's seen, says it's a tire for a "trick bike" kinda like a car tire.........I never would have got it.
