Mista, i would def go to the irish pub (i hit it up everytime im down there). open 24 hrs and service with a smile. got some good food and a nice juke box. also the crowd be can be young if you time it right. go there get some drinks for a reasonable price and then head out to the casinos which you can gain access to directly out the front door and up on the boardwalk. its on St. James Place...the cabbie will know exactly where you are goin!

beaches in AC are a no go as most have said....there are planty of shore points all fairly close that will be better for you like sea isle, avalon, stone harbor, ocean city etc...

there are some nice full service massage places in town as well....in case your crew gets frisky:thumbsup:

borgata is the youngest and prob best casino and that is by the marina...(follow the purple marina signs) cant miss it. also i would check out the Pier at Caesers for food and sports bar and shopping etc... also the Casbah in the trump taj mahal can be nice...

GL/Enjoy...love to hear how the trip was!

if you want a good place to eat and grab a drink, a little low key and relaxing, hit up the Irish Pub on st james place right off of the boardwalk between sands and resorts international

i lied...it was friday night into saturday morning and honestly i forget his name (had a "few" too many) but next time you talk to him, if its the same person, ask him about the two girls that were getting hit on by two random guys. i was at the other end of the bar and we were laughing at how the guys had absoultely no shot with the females. i remember he said he has like two daughters and he has been working there for countless years and his days off are sundays and mondays i think. same guy?

nope, no kids, that must have been another one of them, my uncle has been there FOREVER too, loves it

his name is Dave/David .... if you ever see him there and tell him you were talking to his nephew in a online gambling chat room he would get a kick out of it

The best casinos in AC are Borgata, Caesars and Tropicana.

I would suggest you stay in AC and go to the beach in Brigantine. It's about 5-10 minutes from the Borgata. Avalon and Wildwood are nice but it's a good 40 min drive.

The Quarter at the Tropicana is nice. Plus they have the best poker room (IMO), Hooters and The Quarter.

I agree with you but when was the last time you was there. I always played at the trop but Borgatta has upgraded their poker room and it is the bomb. Also Mista it depends how old you are. If you are 18 to like 35 the borgatta my be more your flava but if older then 40 trop may be more ytour style

Ok, this is my advice. If you are into good clubs go to the Casbah at the Taj Mahal. If not, go to the Mixx at the Borgota. The girls at both places are hot. Good time both place. If you want to go to a drug induced free for all go to Studio Six (only go on Saturday since it isn't as gay). When I say gay, it usually caters to a gay crowd. Saturday is the exception. Hard house and trance music and sleazy girls.

Try Angelonies, great Italian restaurant where you can watch the playoff games at the bar

Thanks a lot guys...I printed out this thread and all the response and now it looks like I have too many things to do.

This site is awesome, knew I could count on some great advice. So I am going to book the hotel in AC based on your recommendations.

I think the Borgata is the nicest by far, but I just like the atmosphere better at the Trop is all. I guess it's just a place I feel more comfortable and more at "home".

Drive into AC at night. Then go straight into Borgata. Then never stay there your whole time and never look outside... Then leave at night...
