South Africa doesn't have jury trials; it's all by judge. No way will he walk.

He won't walk, but charges could be lowered down according to how strong the testimony was. The undoing of the prosecution could be if all of these witnesses don't sing the same song. Corroboratory evidence is always stronger than single evidence. Right now the trial is all about the defense. I'm sure the prosecution is going to bring out there big guns later on.

From the news bytes I've heard, he certainly appears to have a temper and a history of using guns in a reckless manner. I don't know if that leads to a guilty conviction but it certainly doesn't help his case.
