They gave up over 460 yards, 9 yards per pass, 5.1 yards per carry. They dominated Texas. If you think Texas was the right side this game you should stop betting. That was a beat down!

Why couldn't they score ?

They screwed up couple times in the red zone including the qb losing his helmet and getting cramps the 2h. Did you cap that, lol!! That was a beat down all across the board. If Oregon lost that, the Oregon backers could have said they were on the right side and got screwed. But Texas??? Lmao, they were pathetic out there.

Texas had only 236 yards of total offense in a blowout. They could not even get garbage yards they were that bad, it was pathetic although their defense at least tried.

Anytime it takes 2 defensive scores to cover there was little luck involved
I don't care how many yards of O you had

You have no clue what would have happened without those two turnovers and the extra possessions. Most of the 2h Oregon was taking it easy because Mariotta couldn't run. They had Texas done with from the beginning. It wasnt even competive. Texas was completely outmatched and anyone who thinks they got screwed because Oregon scored two defensive tds is out of their minds. That was a cake walk for Oregon. Should not have even been in that bowl game. But keep thinking you were on the right side, lol.

I played Texas as well and have to admit it was a horrible play. McCoy can't complete a pass beyond 10 yards to save his life against a talented secondary no way.

Oregon is going to score defensive touchdowns if you try to throw on them... Best secondary in coill football.. most of us know that.. You can't please the Oregon haters.. Most haters say they can't play defense, but when they do, all we here are excuses...

What's your take on Helfrich? I'm really beginning to think Duck brass made a mistake. I wish Ducks was still posting as he followed the program religiously. They won the game, but they just dont seem to have the same "swagger". Maybe if was all Chip and that whole "northeast" mentality.

After the Arizona loss, I posted that I had some serious doubts with Helfrich.. still do.. Kelly would not let what happen before that game go on.. he would have shut that down in a hurry.. What it tells me is there are some issues with Helfrich leading a major college football program... I guess he gets a pass right now.. Personally I wish they had gone after Peterson.. alot better fit IMO

I never said I was on the right side
Simply trying to get your arrogant ass to admit that it took a little luck for Oregon to cover.
This fact is indisputable-if Oregon hadn't scored twice on D, they would not have covered. I'm done with you.

It didn't take luck at all. They dominated them on both sides of the ball. That's not a fact at all. You have no clue how the game would have turned out without those plays. Just face it, Texas got smashed by a better team.

So the defensive scores were why Oregon bts. What if they had just run them back to the 10, took a knee, and scored 2 plays later? Different story then?

Oregon winners aren't going to apologize to Texas backers for stealing the spread on the game...game was a blowout, end of story... If you thought McCoy wasn't capable of fucking the game off for you against that secondary you didn't do your homework..

MM runs for 125 in 1st half..2nd half he has a gimpy knee to where he can't run the ball..Who had the raw deal in that scenerio ? just think how bad the result would have been with a healthy MM
