Just because his wife's family was involved in the company you think he has any pull? If he tried to influence them people would probably cry corruption. As for Kerry, I frankly don't much care at this point. I did when it come to who should be the nominee, but once he's the nominee it doesn't matter, ANYBODY BUT BUSH is better than Bush. The election will be a referendum on Bush, nothing more nothing less. He needs to make the case why he deserves another 4 years.

After 9/11 Bush assured Americans that he would:
1. Aggressively go after the people responsible for the attack and take the fight to them;
2. Make America safer from such attacks in the future;
3. Do whatever he could to prevent future terrorist attacks in America.
I, and most Americans, believe he has succeeded on all three counts and that is why I believe he will be re-elected.
