A few conditions:
1. All posts will be made in the picks + record tracker forum.
2. Sides (including money lines) and totals for full games are the only wagers that will be counted. No picks will count for more than one unit, except obviously if a ML dog hits.
3. In an effort to eliminate any effort to throw crap against the wall, all losing picks count as -1.1. Therefore, it's not just a race to see who can get how many right...there has to be a penalty for wrong picks. Whoever has the highest net gain wins.
4. There are what, 39 bowls? So a minimum of 40 picks must be made by each player. That way, no one can get off to a hot start and just run out the clock by letting the other play catch up.
