The U.S. Attorney of Eastern District of Pennsylvania was gagged - ORDERED by Barr to direct his inquiries to the same State Attorney General who broke multiple state election laws AND arrogantly publicly boasted there was no way Trump would win PA.

Read the entire letter, it's pretty scathing.

Meaning, the State Attorney General would be the one doing the investigating, not author of the letter. The same Attorney General proven corrupt by his own words and deeds before and after the election.
