First, Networks have a longstanding agreement NOT to call any State until the polls in that state have closed. This has been on every mjor network during every major election since I believe Nixon in 72 (they called it so early that voter turnout in the west was low)

Second, They do not call any election until they have called enough states electoral votes to declare a winner.

Third, the only exit polling they release (except for the leeks today) relate to issue topics not to actual votes.

As to the conspiracy theory, that is the mst ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
