The Chiefs are jusifyably the favorite, but it seems like they haven't played well enough to justify a +175 price, especially when the next closest is +550. I can't really see any team in the AFC beating them, except for maybe the Titans or Bills. Even with Tennessee though, the pass rush just isn't there to disrput Mahomes enough.
I'd take a shot on the Ravens at +1400. They appear to be figuring it out on both sides of the ball at the right time, and I think they have a historically underrated coach in Harbaugh. The question is whether or not Lamar can deliver on the postseason stage.
Tampa may be worth a shot at +1200, though they may be risky. I think they could match up well with a team like Green Bay. But they have to avoid a team with a nasty defense line, like Washington, in the early rounds.

chiefs are the best team when they want to be but let teams hang around. i think that bites them eventually. in each playoff game last year they trailed by double digits, coming back in those games was amazing but it eventually catches up to you when you. an average game for the chiefs is better than most teams good, i think they have been coasting a little bit and not playing their best.

If Chiefs win this year. I could see Mahomes getting two more in his career which would put him in the rarefied air of Montana and Brady. No one will ever win 6 to match Brady especially if they expand playoffs. If Mahomes doesn't win it all this season then I see getting him a total of 3 for his career. There are going to be so many good QB's in the league over next 10-15 years it will just be too difficult for one player to dominate. Before Trevor Lawrence enters the league. You have in the AFC: Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Justin Herbert, Tua, Baker Mayfield, Joe Burrow and Deshaun Watson. Think about the difficulty as those QB's mature for Mahomes to beat 2 or 3 them in the playoffs depending where the Chiefs finish to get to the Super Bowl. Obviously some of the teams have to develop and then you factor in poor ownership and an incompetent GM and coaching staff on some of the teams but the building block is there in a great QB. Bills look ready to be a perennial contender. I didn't add Tennessee because I still have a hard time believing Tannehill is an elite QB. He is very good but he has been in the league 8 years and I think he is probably as good as he can be. The other QB's have a high ceiling. If that clown Khan in Jacksonville can build a contender with Lawrence the AFC will be favored almost every year in the Super Bowl.
