Even Stephen Moore said the GOP is a populist party now. Populism isn't a coherent political ideology, it basically just means say whatever the people want to hear.

His list of judges are very conservative.
His cabinet selections thus far are very conservative.
And his promise to cut taxes and roll back the power of the left's regulatory state indicate he's more pro-market than pro-state.
