Thanks Brix. Appreciate you stopping by.
I can't remember a week like last week. Just awful all around. Could blame it on bad calls (Michigan State) or bad breaks but the vast majority was just bad plays. Hopefully I'll get back on track this week.
11/14/2015 YTD: {56-58-2 -7.15u}
Auburn Tigers +1 (-110), 1 unit: Tigers seem to have figured things out on offense. The Bulldogs aren't equipped with the right weapons to take advantage of Auburn's defensive weaknesses. Two teams moving in opposite directions.
Syracuse Orange +29 (-110), 1 unit: Orange have been tough at home even when playing with their 3rd QB as they are this week. Tigers have done enough to impress the committee, no reason to pour it on in this one.
Michigan State Spartans -14 (-130), 1 unit: Spartans have been susceptible to the deep ball. Terrapins have no ability to expose that weakness or to stop MSU's offense. Even with the bad loss last week, Spartans still control their destiny in the B10.
Purdue Boilermakers +14.5 (-110), 1 unit: Boilermakers have shown the ability to go on the road and stay within the number against the better teams in the B10. Wildcats have a great D but not enough O to cover double digits, especially with a big game in Madison next week.
South Carolina Gamecocks +7.5 (-110), 1 unit: Gators survived last week and clinched their division. This is a possible let down spot. Gamecocks have been very competitive in their last two games, on the road, and I look for them to stay in this one the whole way against a team with a limited offense.
Indiana Hoosiers +12 (-110), 1 unit: The Hoosiers have plenty of offense to hang around in this one. The Wolverines have a very good D but I'm not sure their offense is powerful enough to cover a double digit number.
Rutgers Scarlet Knights +8 (-110), 1 unit: This is the same Cornhuskers team that was blown out at Purdue. A miracle/tainted win over Michigan State shoudn't all of a sudden make them more than a TD favorite over anyone, even a bad Rutgers team, on the road.
Mississippi State Bulldogs +9 (-110), 1 unit: One thing seems to give the Crimson Tide trouble, mobile QB's. The Bulldogs have one of the best in Dak Prescott. Look for Mississippi State to keep this one close in StarkVegas.
Memphis Tigers +7 (-120), 1 unit: These teams are going to up and down the field with two of the most talented QBs in college football. Getting a good number here because the Tigers got caught in a bad look ahead spot last week.
Tulsa Golden Hurricane +18 (-110), 1 unit: The Golden Hurricane have gone on the road and hung with Oklahoma and ECU. They played Houston tough at home. Now they face a Bearcat team that has a dynamic offense but a suspect and undisciplined defense. Feels like too many points to me.
